“I stepped into my first session with Justin feeling pretty terrified. As a keen runner and swimmer (that keeps getting injured) I knew I should be heading into the gym, but I had absolutely no idea what to do, and I found the gym a really intimidating place to go! Justin totally put me at ease. He is so encouraging, even though I felt like I wasn’t very good, he made me feel really supported, empowered and like I was doing a great job.
